Aimed at Teams administrators. The course teaches skills for planning, deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Teams.

Implementation of lifecycle management and governance.

Management of external access, security, and compliance.

Management of chats, teams, channels, and apps.

The lab environment for practical exercises is provided by SOMI Academy or our partners for the duration of the training.
You need a personal Microsoft account to register for the respective online exam. The online exam is administered and supervised by Pearson Vue.

Qualified for the role of Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.

Ensures that the Teams environment is secure, compliant, and optimally configured for communication.
